The Challenge

The Challenge

Ribin faced challenges with low conversion rates as users hesitated to purchase experiences, struggling to connect with the brand’s vision of meaningful gifting. The key issue was that users felt uncertain about how an experience would actually unfold, making it difficult to commit to bookings. This lack of clarity diminished user confidence, impacting decision-making and engagement. Additionally, Ribin required a refreshed brand identity to better represent their evolving vision and values.
